Author Guidelines

Full Paper Submission Guidelines

Submitted papers must be unpublished, and cannot be submitted elsewhere at the same time. Accepted papers should not exceed 6 pages in two-column IEEE Transactions style. Accepted papers longer than 6 pages will be charged US$100 for each extra page. Papers cannot be longer than 8 pages. Papers should be submitted as PDF files through the EDAS system. All submitted papers will be subject to three independent reviews. Accepted full papers will be published in the conference proceedings and IEEE Xplore Digital Library.

Poster Abstract Submission Guidelines

The poster session provides a forum for researchers to showcase promising work still in earlier stages of development. Areas of interest are the same as those listed for regular papers. Posters will be evaluated based on their technical merit and innovation as well as their potential to stimulate interesting discussions and exchanges of ideas. Submissions from both the industry and universities are encouraged. The accepted two-page poster abstracts will be published in the conference proceedings and IEEE Xplore Digital Library.

Poster submissions must be formatted according to the style also used for main conference paper submissions, with the exception that they should not exceed 2 pages. Please email poster abstract submissions as PDF attachments to: hpsr2013posters@gmail.com, with the Subject line reading "HPSR 2013 POSTER SUBMISSION."
